Our logistics and shipping center is located in Europe so it usually takes:
3-5 business days for European countries,
5-9 business days for USA and any other country worldwide In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. PandaTravelers and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package.
In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as PandaTravelers does not cover additional customs fee charges. PandaTravelers is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
Can I return an item ?
If the product you receive comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 20 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to firstname.lastname@example.org If it’s acceptable, we will offer a replacement or a refund. In order to receive a refund you must return the case or products to our warehouse.
